As a registered counsellor and psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), my ultimate goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported and understood, no matter what situation you’re in or the difficulties you’re facing in life.

What Can You Expect from My Online Therapy Sessions?

The first step is to get in touch with me over a call, text or an email exchange, whichever is most convenient and comfortable for you. Here, you can ask questions about my online therapy and learn more about me as a person and therapist.

In advance of our first session you will be asked to complete an online Working Agreement. Your initial paid session with me will be an assessment session to understand how well we align and how we can work together. 

I try to make therapy as accessible as possible, offering affordable online therapy sessions and flexible payment terms. Even though we are online, you’ll receive the same confidential and judgement-free setting as a face-to-face session. My sessions are 50-60 minutes and I use Zoom as a fully GDPR-compliant and secure platform for every session.
